Anyone have ideas for a name for this one?  I painted it during a cancer research benefit party, and its for sale.  The size is 48x72" on canvas.  I will probably keep working on details until it is purchased!

Well, spring is definitely here.  Relentless northwest winds, lots of sun, opening day, and new growth all around.  I feel excited about new opportunities that are presenting themselves, every day there seems to be another one emerging...

I thought that this painting, entitled "Spring" would be a nice reminder for everyone that beauty exists all around us.   I have been very lucky to be able to do what I do, and even luckier that this career, this passion and pursuit of my truest dreams and desires, is introducing me to more and more good people every day.  I am very thankful!

Here is the first flyer for the Bookstock event coming up in June.  I will be honored to paint LIVE next to an all-star cast of artists such as, Carly Ivan Garcia, Ethan B. Luce, Chor Boogie, Apex, Alex Pardee and more!  We will be painting huge pieces along the outfield wall, inside AT&T Park..

Might wanna come check that out, as well as all the other cool stuff that will be going on...

Tomorrow we shoot on location for the upcoming event in May called "The Bar Code".  This fashion, music and art extravaganza will go down on the 14th of May, and weekly thereafter.  This is a special shopping event on Pier 3, in a beautiful space that will be decked out with all the best work that I have to date...I will pass along the info about guest passes and entry as soon as the details come together...

Tonight is the benefit party at Project One Gallery SF, (P1SF.com)  I will be painting from 9 until about midnight.  There will be live jazz, DJ Voodoo Chop and Dancing all night!

Hope to see you there!  All the proceeds go to UCSF Children's Hospital.  Proceeds from the sale of my painting will do the same.  Here's the address, its kinda out there, but worth the trip!

I love this Gallery, its one of the best in SF for nightlife...

WINEDOWN WEDNESDAY AT THE MATRIX IS NOW A WEEKLY EVENT!!

Starting next month, on the second wednesday of May, this event will be every week on wednesday.  I paint live in the beautiful windows of the Matrix, on Fillmore in the Marina.  Next month I will be painting THE ACTUAL WINDOWS, LIVE!!

Open House on 21st and Castro, SF.  Last Saturday I painted LIVE at this beautiful home that's being shown in the castro, and my work is also being shown as part of the staging.  Take a look at what these paintings look like in a beautiful Queen Anne Victorian, circa 1893!!  All these pieces are currently available, but a certain ex-49er has his eye on the one in the green bedroom....

BBQ time is here!  I do viewings at my studio, which you can see the corner of on the right side of the photo here.   We got the sunshine, lets just hope this wind calms down in time for the weeeeekend!!

This whole blogging world is a bit new to me, so be patient with me as I try to find time to make this thing worthwhile:)

For instance, the painting above was painted "live" at Hunter Chile's Bday Party, Pink and Black PartyIV at 330 Ritch, San Francisco. "Sultry City" 36" x 60". The painting was raffled and was won by Laura St. John.
